We are a Hong Kong-based international trade house, founded in 2017, with senior operators in six regional hubs. Our culture is small enough to know your name, big enough to clear a 40HQ through fourteen jurisdictions on a Tuesday afternoon.
Our story
From a Kwun Tong desk to six regional hubs.
HK BAOSHUN TRADE LIMITED was founded in 2017 by a small team of senior operators who had spent two decades moving consumer goods between Asia, Europe and North America. We started with one Hong Kong desk, one Shenzhen sourcing office, and a conviction that cross-border trade could be run with the same discipline as a top-tier financial services firm.
Nine years on, we operate six regional hubs, an audited network of 4,800+ factories, and a mobile app that puts every order, shipment and invoice in our clients' pockets. We are still privately held, still based in Hong Kong, and still answering the phone in English within two business hours.

2017
Founded in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong
Opened our first office at FOOK CHEONG Building, Kwun Tong, with a team of four and a focus on import & export between Mainland China and the EU.

2019
First recurring 40HQ programme
Onboarded our first long-term client on a 40HQ-per-month programme, and added our Shenzhen sourcing office to qualify factories on the ground.

2021
Cross-border e-commerce launch
Launched a dedicated cross-border e-commerce desk covering Amazon FBA, eBay, Etsy and Shopify, and signed our first TikTok Shop creator in Q4.

2023
EU hub in Hamburg
Opened our European hub in Hamburg, with bonded warehouse capacity and an in-house customs broker for the EU and the UK.

2024
Mobile app on iOS & Android
Published the first version of the HK BAOSHUN mobile management app on the App Store and Google Play, giving clients real-time visibility into every order and shipment.

2026
New direct rail lane to Duisburg
Launched a weekly block-train from Xi'an to Duisburg, with on-site customs at the Duisburg terminal, cutting transit time to 14 days for our European clients.

1 · The lane is the unit of truth
We measure ourselves lane by lane, not region by region. Each of our 42 active lanes has an owner, a recovery plan, and a published on-time-in-full number.
2 · Senior operators on every desk
No junior runs a 40HQ programme alone. Every shipment has a named operator with at least seven years of trade experience, and they are reachable in English within two business hours.
3 · Documented, not improvised
If a process is not written down, it is a guess. Every recurring workflow has a runbook, a checklist, and a sample artefact in our quality system.
4 · Mobile-first visibility
If our clients cannot see it on their phone, it does not exist. Every milestone event streams to the HK BAOSHUN mobile app within sixty seconds of the source system.
5 · Compliance is a feature, not a cost
HS codes, dual-use controls, sanctions screening and AEO compliance are baked into every shipment. We do not charge extra for doing the right thing.
